Chris Pierce, from Eastern Canada and Jason Pennoyer, from Western Canada, joined forces to bring the best cuts of meat to South-East New Brunswick. Pierce, a local farmer and Pennoyer who grew up in a family of butchers, can provide various cuts of meat that are customized to your desired meal. Whether you prefer a roast and mashed potatoes or a juicy medium-rare steak with a bottle of red, these guys offer locally sourced beef and pork that bring the farm to your dinner table.
